Dorma Puerta De San Pedro Hotel - Lugo

Exe Puerta San Pedro is excellently located just outside the city walls, which provides both convenience and a super calm place. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, with a cute alcove with a desk that was ideal for working . The hotel also offers a really good breakfast with a variety of options.

The parking situation could be slightly improved.

Not nice area.

It was new-fashioned, huge and on a much lower level. Central location was a plus. There was restaurant Manhattan Cafe&bar, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

The bus station. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. I found the parking situation to be quite challenging, which took away from the overall experience.

The hotel was great with its fantastic location just outside the old town. Rooms felt spacious with a clean and modern vibe. The bathrooms were nice, with powerful showers, made mornings refreshing. Staff members were always available, friendly, and helpful. I noticed the Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room, frustrating. The parking situation nearby was a bit inconvenient.

Truly enjoyed our rooms on a much lower level. The location was exceptionally nice in the city center. What's more, it was short walk to a fantastic nearby restaurant for lunch, the old town and bus station, and the old Roman Walls.

The area was not very nice.

The breakfast options are outstanding and nice with trays around the entrance lobby and almond cake, as for instance. This hotel offers good sized and well-equipped rooms with a much lower level and full length windows, for instance...

A big advantage is a short distance to the city centre

English speaking staff who were very knowledgeable about local facilities and who went to a lot of effort to assist us in contacting our next place to stay. Excellent location just outside the old Roman Walls and nice clean, modern rooms.

Read this before you decide

The hotel boasts modern, clean rooms that feel spacious, with excellent bathrooms equipped with fantastic showers. The friendly, accommodating staff are available around the clock for all your needs.

The limited dining options can leave you searching for meals, and the Wi-Fi signal can be weak in some areas, causing inconvenience when trying to connect.

Great location and reception staff very helpful

While this hotel may have 3 stars the staff make it much more. The room was clean and warm. The staff we more than friendly. They even allowed us to extend our stay by one day at short notice during a busy weekend. Location is perfect just outside the roman walls. Coffee is good value there, with staff even remembering our preferences. Security is great, we had laptops, ipads, cameras you name it laying around and no problem (tho we should use safe). Lugo is a great location to base yourself to discover Galicia so we will be back to this hotel again, there is so much to see and the staff, can't be commended enough.

Quick check-in and laundry services were handy. Wi-Fi was weak in my room.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the included breakfast buffet was very nice. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Roman Wall, so while it's not right in the old city, it's close enough.

Spectacular views and luminosity of the room. Wide room, with good artificial light, relatively comfortable bed, wide bathroom and good interior services. staff is courteous. location is central and relatively close to the points of greatest interest, although the area around the hotel is not the best (the Telefonica building and bus station are not the best attractions). However, it is easy to find parking nearby.

The soundproofing of the room, both inside and outside, can be improved a lot: in the hotel corridors or in the street, everything is heard too much. The cafeteria and dining room spaces are extraordinarily limited, practically next to the reception, although the quality of service is hardly affected. The small details are where you lose some of the feeling of quality, but it is still above average in its category. It is a pity that the surroundings of the hotel do not contribute to increase the feeling of quality that, without a doubt, the establishment has.
